Who We Are
Women in Construction, Engineering and Related Services – is an organization dedicated to the advancement of women in the construction, engineering and underrepresented industries. Since 2015 we have proudly provided opportunities for hundreds of women to learn, network and expand their businesses and careers.
We are committed to helping women explore, expand and enhance their professional experiences, network,and increase their technical knowledge.
WICERS exists to inspire women, all while accelerating their career paths.
Our mission is to provide an environment of enrichment, support to women in non-traditional career spaces and to encourage young women interested in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). WICERS offers an exciting opportunity to convene, share, and gain powerful resources for personal and professional development.
