Our mission is to provide an environment of enrichment, support to women in non-traditional career spaces and to encourage young women interested in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). WICERS offers an exciting opportunity to convene, share, and gain powerful resources for personal and professional development.  

While the conference is designed to inspire women, we also encourage the participation of men to ensure balanced discussions and varied perspectives as we identify ways to elevate our businesses, companies and careers.
